Unfortunately, this hotels lacks in service and quality in almost every area. Rooms: low quality. Poor lighting. Cheap, uncomfortable bed. Service: it’s difficult to get staff attention at reception, in the restaurant, or at the bar. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. Animal policy: the hotel isn’t pet friendly and doesn’t advertise this anywhere until arrival. I was told that the reason for this is because they serve food to people. This said, screaming children are free to run wild. If you are looking for value, comfort, or an international 5 star standard, keep looking for other options.

Advertised as a five star hotel, but it is not, some details are missing. The good things: very friendly staff, very clean, eye for details, spacious modern room, fast internet, good breakfast, quiet location, good food (but very expensive). The bad things: too little parking at the hotel, at check-in we were not told that we had 40 euros credit for food and drinks per day at the hotel (only on the second day did we ask ourselves and it turned out that this was indeed the case). ), most disturbing: the noise from the restaurant terrace could be heard in the room in the evening. A very good 4 star hotel is a better qualification (the price is 5*)

Stunning hotel next to Ericeira! Great staff, beautiful architecture and very good food! Rooms are spacious and superb. Superb spot for a relaxation holiday with short trips to top surf spots! We would have loved to stay longer!

Had a wonderful 3 night stay here! Beautiful property and views, and attentive and lovely staff. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! Be sure to have to car to get around — so much to do within a 20 minute drive (beaches, wineries, palaces).

It is a beautiful place in a great location. Service is extremely professional and attentive. We had a very relaxing time. We will came back in summer to enjoy also the outside facilities and the big garden.
